As the founder and creator of Hardcore Peanut Butter Spread, this train goes as fast as I direct it. I’m extremely passionate and motivated to reach that next level, but it has not been an easy road.

Not too many folks know that while running the peanut butter business, I still maintain a very demanding day job as a Research & Development Manager for a large pet food company. My time is my biggest bottleneck, simply due to only being able to work on my peanut butter afterwork and on weekends. Managing my time is something I’ve personally struggled with, but I’m always looking to find better ways to leverage my team, and get things done.

Even with this challenge, I’ve still been able to have multiple accomplishments that have lead me to where I am today. What does the future hold exactly? I can’t say for sure, but the horizon does appear to be incredibly promising.
